Due to the custom nature of our clothing and wedding dresses, we do not offer refunds or accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Each item is uniquely crafted to your specifications, making it unsuitable for resale.

As our products are custom-made to your measurements and design preferences, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, except as outlined in Section 3.

3.1 Damaged or Soiled Items
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or soiled upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include clear photographs of the issue. If we confirm that the item was damaged or soiled prior to delivery, we will offer one of the following options:
a) Repair of the item (if possible)
b) Replacement of the item
c) Store credit for the full amount of the purchase
4. Fitting and Alterations
4.1 Customer Responsibility
While we strive for accuracy in our custom fittings, minor alterations may sometimes be necessary. These are not considered defects and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate design changes or size modifications. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.

Due to the custom nature of our products, production times may vary. We will provide an estimated completion date, but this is subject to change based on complexity and current workload.
6.2 Delivery Responsibility
Once your item is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

7.1 Color Variations
Please note that there may be slight variations in color between your screen display and the actual product due to differences in monitor settings.
